This will include development of new pages, suggestions to developing engaging content, adjustments in taxonomy, and improvements to usability.• Regularly analyze and report key metrics/activity to the appropriate governance team and include recommendations for improving performance. Performance includes number of unique views, search results, speed of the Intranet and anecdotal user feedback.• Consistent with Intranet governance guidelines, collaborate with Corporate Communications, the Project Management Office and HR technology to develop and implement projects for Intranet applications and design projects; including evaluating business requirements, managing the development process, and conducting testing and quality control efforts.• Act as a consultant to provide support and guidance on effective design and content, as needed, including assistance with creation of tables, databases, HTML and Java content. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, internet/intranet technology or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in internet/intranet design, social technology, content development, and management.• Understanding of and experience with effective web design, including best practices in usability, and experience with HTML, online content management tools and using social technology as an internal communication tool.• A minimum of three years project management experience managing internet/intranet/technology initiatives and bringing projects to successful completion preferred.To the qualified candidate, we offer:• A competitive salary of $51,648 - $71,014/year, depending on experience• Eligibility for Annual Bonus Plan• Comprehensive benefit package including, but not limited to, nearly 4 weeks of Paid Time Off during the first year, 401(k) plan with a company match, Health & Life Insurance, and a complimentary AAA Premier Membership.
